ALARM-09 on NikMann edgebanders

Coupling overloaded during the press bar Up/Down movement.

If you are in the HOME screen and an ALARM-09 on NikMann edgebanders is activated, the “ALARMS” screen opens automatically displaying the alarm number, the Activation Reason and the Troubleshooting method.

Otherwise, to see the alarm type (if any) you have to go to “ALARMS” screen.

The table provides information about the activation time, type, reset time and number of activated alarms by types.

STEP 1

Insert spaner 13 into manual counter.

Counter is located on RHS of machine, above green light.

STEP 2

Increase the beam high to 55 mm.

DO NOT press ENTER button.

STEP 3

Push the spaner in shown direction.

At the same time press ENTER button. Quickly remove the spaner.
