Check /LHS/ End Saw Unit position

STEP 1

ALARM-12 on NikMann Edgebanders appear on a Screen

Machine wont Start up, by pressing the Alarm Reset Button.

STEP 2

Check the position for Back End Saw /LHS/.

If /LHS/ Back End Saw is in Down position go to next step.
Sensor B2

STEP 3

Check the AIR Pressure

Check the amount of air pressure on both End Saws as per attached photo.

STEP 4

Check machine Air Pressure

Machine must have at lease 6 bars air pressure.

STEP 5

Check the position for Back End Saw.

If your machine has correct air pressure LHS End Saw will be in UP position.

Sensor B2

STEP 6

Location for Sensor B2

Sensor B2 is located on a main pressure beam, behind Back End Saw Unit.
Check the light on B2 sensor.

STEP 7

Check the light on B2 sensor.

If the LED light on sensor B2 is OFF, this means the Back End Saw is not fully UP, or beam high is incorect.
Sensor B2 - On

STEP 8

LED light on Sensor B2 is ON

If the LED light on sensor B2 is ON, this means the Back End Saw is fully UP, idle position.
Sensor B2 - OFF

STEP 9

Reset Alarm

Reset Alarm by pressing reset button. Adjust beem high and Start up machine.
