FILL the GLUE TANK
Fill the glue tank with a recommended glue in granules to about 1 cm., from its upper edge. Be sure that the glue you are using confirms with the requirements of the material, the method of work and the technical characteristics of the machine;
GLUE ROLLER
Cleaning up glue rollers is essential to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of edgebanders and similar equipment.
Establish a regular maintenance schedule for cleaning the glue rollers to prevent excessive buildup and maintain optimal performance of the edgebander.
ADJUST the AMOUNT of GLUE
The device for spreading the glue is switched on automatically when the glue becomes liquid at approximately 185° C.
The quantity of the spread can be adjusted via handle /+ -/. During operation occasionally check the quantity of the glue in the tank and if necessary add
some granules to keep the desired level as shown above.
