Neglected glue pots are one of the most common causes of poor edge quality and machine faults. Regular servicing helps to:

  • Allarm - 00 - Emergency stop - ON;

  • Allarm - 01 - Overloading frequency inverter;

  • Allarm - 02 - Induction motors is overheated;

  • Allarm - 03 - Safety door is open;

Emergency stops

ALARM: 00

One of the Emergency stops is ON. Check and Release all Emergency Stops.

ALARM: 01

Overloading frequency inverter. Possible overheating on one of the frequency motors.

- Turn OFF the machine main power switch.

- Wait about 30 seconds.

- Turn ON the machine.
induction motors are overheated

ALARM: 02

Any of the induction motors is overheated. Wait until the overheated motor cools down to normal working temperature.

compressed air system pressure

ALARM: 03

The back doors of machines are open. Close the door. Reset errors on a screen.

ALARM: 04

The compressed air system pressure is lower than 0.6 MPa. Check air pressure.

ALARM: 05

Second work piece is fed before the enabling signal by the light indicator lamp at the machine inlet.

- Remove both work pieces and then switch the machine off using the main switch and wait for approximately 20 seconds and then switch the machine on again.

ALARM: 06

In the initial initialization rounding unit is not detected by any sensors.

Rounding unit has failed to crawl detail timely and has reached the end of the horizontal move. Check the movement for corner rounder.

compressed air system pressure

ALARM: 07

The capacitive sensor B1 is not working. Clean Up sensor surface. Place your finger on the sensor, if OK LED on the sensor should light up. Once you remove your finger light should go off.

PHASE ALARM

Poor quality of the supply voltage (too low, too high or asymmetry phase).

- Check that there is no break or loose connection in the power supply.

- The machine cannot be powered properly, R S T the phases are reversed.
